Symbio offers a range of servicing options to suit individual business needs. Servicing is carried out by Skilled Service Technicians to ensure Professional Service.
Servicing includes
- Surveying of Clients Premises for Installation of correct and appropriate equipment to fulfil the Client’s needs.
- Installation of Automatic Warewash liquid dispensing equipment.
- Routine Maintenance of Automatic Warewash liquid dispensing equipment. This ensures the equipment operates at the optimum level, helping to provide hassle free operation.
- Timely Breakdown or Call out response. Making sure you are not left in the “lurch” if equipment does breakdown.
- Installation of associated dispencing Equipment. Ensuring correct blending and dispensing of chemicals for all cleaning applications.
- Checking the basic operation of your Warewashing machine. Checking the temperature is correct. Washer is clean, all parts are present and operating correctly, cleaning of arms and jets to ensure effective operation.
- Reporting Providing an instantaneous electronic report to the provided email as soon as a service is complete.
Reporting at Symbio uses the latest State of The Art Technologies. Service Technicians use IPad’s to record service check information, on completion of a service the information is instantly transferred to the Clients provided e-mail as well as the Symbio Data Base. This ensures the Client has the information about the service and performance of their equipment electronically which can be easily stored for future reference. Service Technicians are also armed with the latest IPhone’s this allows them to combine the technologies and Record information for Surveys, Installs or Troubleshooting.
