NEW MANAGEMENT AT SYMBIO.

Symbio is undergoing some Personnel changes as part of a Restructure to focus the Business moving forward.

Part of the changes have included the appointment of Tony Webb into the Position General Manager.

Tony comes to Symbio after 23 years in the Aluminium Industry with Alcoa. Tony’s role within Symbio is to set the company direction in conjunction with Guy Warner (the owner and Managing Director) based on a 5 year Business plan to ensure Symbio continues;

• To provide the highest quality products.
• To consistently achieve Customer Expectations.
• To provide Professional Quality Sales & Service.

Tony will manage the day to day operation of Symbio, whilst providing direction for Symbio based on the Industry Needs. Ensuring Symbio is leading the way in a changing Industry.

Other changes as part of the Restructure include the appointments of Sim Pham & Mitavale Keresoma into Supervisor positions.

Sim is the Warehouse Supervisor, responsible for picking orders, organisation of transport and working with Mita to complete a Batch plan to ensure Symbio are able to meet Customer order requirements. Sims’ appointment is recognition of the High Quality warehousing and delivery skills he has developed over the last 18 months at Symbio.

Mita is the Production Supervisor, responsible for the operation of the Factory Production area. Mita in conjunction with Sim ensures we manufacture to a Batch plan to meet the Customer order requirements. Mita’s appointment is recognition of the leadership and organisation skills she has displayed in production at Symbio over the last 21 months.
